My name is Mairo Krawiec and I’m a Menstrual Health Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I have been there. I was the woman who called in sick every 28 days like clockwork because earth shattering cramps took me down and I couldn’t manage the pain, even with painkillers. I was the women who was told I had no underlying condition and my only options were painkillers, the pill, having a baby or even a hysterectomy. But I didn’t want to pump my body full of meds and I was desperate for an alternative option, more natural and dealing with the root cause.
Now I specialise in helping women who suffer from painful periods and other menstrual issues; women who want to understand what is going on with their body and to find a natural way of supporting their cycle without being on a restrictive diet plan.
I help by teaching them how to eat to support their body instead of working against it.
