For many women menstrual issues are a sensitive topics. It is true that these are not necessarily the most appealing topics to introduce at a dinner party or in any social setting for that matter. Nevertheless these issues can really affect our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing all at once but sadly we can’t really discuss it… we are expected to “just get on with it”!
However there are nutrition and lifestyle factors that can have a huge impact on our wellbeing but unfortunately most people are not aware. When I speak to people I hear them say: ‘I didn’t know food could help!
